ForceRescue ("we", "us") provides Salesforce help and support for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect on forcerescue.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Analytics data (automatic). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and how long people stay. This data is collected in an aggregated, largely anonymous form and is used to improve the site. It does not personally identify you, and we do not use it to track you across other websites.
Information you send us (voluntary). When you use our contact form or request the free Salesforce checklist by email, we receive the details you provide, such as your name and email address. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, deliver the checklist, and follow up if you asked us to.
2. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Forcerescue.com uses the following:

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, we only enable analytics cookies if you accept them. If you reject or have not yet made a choice, Google Analytics runs there in privacy-friendly mode without setting tracking cookies. Outside the EEA and UK, analytics cookies are set without a consent prompt, as permitted by local law. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer, or by clearing cookies for forcerescue.com and choosing again when you next visit.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA or the UK, analytics cookies are loaded on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy rules). We process enquiries you send us on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running our business.
4. CCPA / CPRA
If you are a California resident: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may request to know what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below.
5. Where data goes
Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4). Enquiry form data is delivered to our own email inbox via Netlify Forms. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except as described here or where required by law.
6. Data retention
Analytics data is retained by Google in line with our property's data-retention settings. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the enquiry is being handled, after which they are deleted or archived in line with our internal practices.
7. Your rights
