Security & Access

Last updated: September 2026

Your production org isn't our testing environment.

You're trusting us with your CRM, your customer data and your business processes. We take that seriously. Here is exactly how we handle access and changes, in plain English.

1. Least-privilege access, always

We only request the Salesforce permissions required to do the specific work you've agreed to. We don't take blanket administrator access when a narrower permission will do. When the work is done, access is removed or revoked so it isn't left sitting there.

2. You approve every change

Before anything is implemented in your org, you know exactly what we're going to do and you approve it. Nothing changes without your explicit go-ahead. We investigate and document first, then confirm the approach, then make the change.

3. Sandbox first, whenever practical

For anything more than a quick, low-risk adjustment, we test in a sandbox or staging copy before it reaches production:

4. Verified identity & multi-factor authentication

We use secure, multi-factor-protected access to any org we work in. We don't share credentials, and we never encourage insecure password handling. Where possible we connect through established, approved access methods rather than ad-hoc shortcuts.

5. Careful data handling

We see customer data only to the extent needed for the agreed work. We don't bulk-download or copy data we don't need. Anything we do export is handled securely, used only for the agreed task, and not shared. We can sign an NDA if you require one.

6. What we don't do

7. Backup & change management

Before meaningful changes, we confirm the appropriate backup and validation is in place so a mistake can be rolled back. Every change is documented in plain English, so your team understands what was done and why.

8. Questions

If you have a specific security question or requirement, we're happy to answer it before you commit to anything. Reach us at info@forcerescue.com, or use the chat or WhatsApp button on the site.
